Shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on used, painted, customized, or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.

Please Note: In order to bring you the lowest prices around, we do not carry inventory on site. We use a variety of vendors who will ship to you direct. When ordering 2 or more items, it is possible these items will be coming from more than one vendor and arriving separately. Because we don't have the overhead of carrying an inventory, the average time it takes until you recieve your purchase is TEN (10) business days (M-F, from the day you place your order). From time to time, a popular item will be on backorder from the manufacturer. When this kind of delay occurs, we will make every attempt to notify you.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will notify you of a price change before shipping. Please note that ChromeMyTruck.com cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Return any new and unused part to us within 30 days from the shipment date and we’ll refund the  purchase price, less any restocking fee and excluding shipping charges. All merchandise return requests must have prior approval and be phoned into our customer service department at 888-802-0010. All merchandise returns must have an authorization form attached when returning merchandise for credit. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all merchandise returns for credit. Merchandise credits are issued to the customer after the manufacturer has received the returned merchandise and issued credit to chromemytruck.com. Used or incomplete merchandise cannot be accepted, since we only sell new merchandise. Merchandise may be subject to restocking fees up to 20%, depending on its condition and/or the return policies of the specific part’s manufacturer. Please keep all boxes, warranties and owner’s manuals when you receive them. They are very important in the event merchandise is damaged, becomes defective or needs to be returned. No returns will be accepted on painted, modified, "Custom" or "Special" items. Please pre-fit these items before painting. Electrical items are limited to a 15 day return period.

We collect 7.5% sales tax for all orders with a billing address in Ohio.

We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All transactions are kept secure when you use Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, or any compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser to order our products. These browsers automatically "scramble" personal information so it remains safe as it travels the Internet.

UPS, FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service will be used to ship all products except those indicated Truck Freight (see below). Use the Shipping Chart below to determine what your shipping costs will be.

Truck Freight - These items are too large for standard ground shipping and are shipped via Common Carrier (semi-truck). Freight charges will be added at the end of your order, and are in addition to our standard shipping charges.

Express Shipping - Express Shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) is available for orders of in-stock, regular sized items. Note that for an order to qualify for express shipping, every item on the order must be eligible for express shipping.
